Seedling Psychology
At Seedling Psychology, we believe that growth begins with nurturing (people, relationships, and systems).
Just as a seedling needs the right environment to flourish, so too do pupils, staff, and schools.
Our work is grounded in positive psychology, authentic relationships, and the belief that every individual and organisation holds the strengths and resources needed for positive change.
As a Reflective EP, I ask:
What is already growing? (working well)
What are the barriers to growth?
What conditions are needed for growth?
